What Will the Futur of Family Be in the US?

Today family values are depreciating in the US.
Family values are political and social beliefs. Familialism is an ideology that tries to support the family and its traditional values as an institution. Family values have changed according to political, cultural, religious, and economic situations. For example, in the past the nuclear and sometimes extended families were the only ethical and moral units of society, but today with  increase in divorce, teenage pregnancy, same sex marriage, and adoption, one can see different kinds of family such as single parent  or homosexual families. Social movements such as the feminist movement also contributed to emergence of different forms of family.
In the US family values are treated in different ways according to two political parties; the Republicans and the Democrats. For Republican Party, family values are one of the main issues. They support the traditional morality or Christian values. They have a conservative definition. The Republicans support the traditional marriage and oppose to sex outside of conventional marriage and same sex marriage. They also oppose to legalization of abortion. On the other hand the Democrats have a liberal definition. They accept non-traditional families, and support abortion and contraception.
Today there are many children who do not have legal fathers or mothers. Misbehavior and violence are increasing in schools. These are all the results of decrease in commitment to values. Now the question is that: "what will the future of family be in the US?"
